Why we built it
We started Rasa Corp because we kept running into the same problem ourselves — spreadsheets that broke the moment a second currency entered the picture, and finance apps that treated multi-currency as an afterthought bolted onto a single-currency core.
So we built Rasa Money from the ground up around the idea that your money's currency is not a detail — it's the whole point.
What we believe
- Your history shouldn't move under your feet. Exchange rates change every day; your past transactions shouldn't. Every transaction in Rasa Money permanently locks in the real exchange rate at the moment it happened, so your historical data stays accurate no matter how rates move afterward — or even if you change your base currency later. We treat that guarantee as non-negotiable.
- Clarity over noise. Whether it's your dashboard, your budgets, or Rasa AI answering a question about your spending, we'd rather show you one honest number than five that don't agree.
- We only tell you what's actually true. We don't publish claims about features that aren't live, and we don't manufacture reviews or testimonials to look bigger than we are. If it's on our site, it's in the product today.
Who we are
Rasa Corp is headquartered in Istanbul, Türkiye, and led by founder and CEO Hamid Yaftian. We're a small, focused team building Rasa Money end to end — from the exchange-rate engine to the AI assistant that reads your data and answers in your own language.
Being small keeps us close to the people who actually use the product. It's also why we grow feature by feature, validated by real conversations rather than guesswork.
